Vintage Inspiration with Trudi Harrison

'Time Gypsy'

Hi Everyone,

Trudi back with you today sharing some more 2Crafty Chipboard inspiration.  

I really loved putting together this pretty vintage canvas for you all this month.

2Crafty elements add texture to the background and provide a lovely base for the 

fussy cut elements layered over the top. 

Elise's Dress Form, a 6" Clock Face Frame and a Corner Swirly Heart were affixed
to the canvas.  A few metal elements were added, then couple of coats of white gesso applied
 over the top.  Colour was added the with sprays.  A few layers added to build up the intensity.

Victorian Velvet and Dusty Concord Distress Ink were randomly rubbed over the top
of the chipboard with a sponge. Metallic gold accents added with a paint dabber.

 A Steampunk Corner was trimmed into two pieces.  These were tucked in on each side
of the fussy cut elements along with a Vintage Clock Hand. 

These were inked  with Aged Mahogany Distress Ink and lightly accented with metallic gold paint.

I next created an easel card and added lots of 2Crafty loveliness.

'Easel Card'

The middle sized doily from Dianne's Doily Set frames a fussy cut image. The doily was altered with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide and accented with Dusty Concord Distress Ink.
Fay's Flourish was tucked in underneath the image with a few fussy cut floral elements layered over the top.

A Formal Flourish 3 was attached at the top of the card and a Leafy Shrub peeks out from inside the card.
