Shabby Envelopes by Elena Martynova

Good day dear crafty friends!
I really like the style of shabby chic for its refinement and lightness!
So today I want to show you three envelopes that I made in this style.

Chipboard covered with paint Prima - Art Alchemy - Sparks - Unicorn's Hair
looks like a precious decoration of white gold.

Chipboard adds a lovely dimension to all projects, it is so versatile.

I used Love Story collection by Prima Marketing.

Love this Crown piece, so regal with its pointed edges.

Thank you for your visit!
  I've used:...

Crowns (units of 3)[m00070]

 Vintage Keys (unit of 3)[m00292]

Ornate Buckles [m00423]
Have a nice day!

#Funtimes by Sabrina Turpin

Hello 2Crafty Fans,

I'm back with a new layout to share with you guys. This time, I put myself a bit out of my
comfort zone by using a color palette I don't usually work with. I usually prefer light or
bright colors but for this one I started with a dark background. I really like the end result,
I find that it helped make the photo stand out better.

For the "#FUNTIMES" title, part of the "Mini #Word Set 2", I used a
turquoise ink and traced the border with black ink.

Behind the picture and paper layers, I used the "Tahnya's 11" Border" which I cut in
half to put one part above and one part below the picture. I treated it with a gray
metallic paint and inked the border with some black ink.

For the "Ornate Buckles", I embossed them with a blue embossing powder.

On the "Mini Branches", I used pink ink that I applied roughly to leave
some unpainted parts showing through.

For this layout, I used the following 2Crafty chipboards:

That is all for today, I hope this layout gave you some inspirations for your own creations!
See you soon with more ideas!

January Inspirations - by Lilibleu

" Sweet Dreams"

Hello everyone!

Today, it's my turn to present my January projects. For these two pages I decided to
share with you universes I adore. I am a big fan of fantasy, dream and magic,
steampunk, everything that invites you to travel into other worlds.
I like to search for photos or images on pinterest that inspire me a lot in my work, just like those I used with both of my projects of this month : Sweet Dreams and Living the Dream.

The "Ivy's Squareschipboard is painted with metallic paint in different
colors so that it fits in well in my project.

The "Cassie's Flourishesitem is a marvel. I painted it in metallic green
so that it blends in while remaining visible.

The "Sweet Dreamstitle has a good size, as you can see in the photo. I really like big titles, I think they do embellish projects. To highlight it, I embossed it with black powder.

"Living The Dream"

For this second project, I chose a black and white photo that contrasts with the
background of my page. I loved this picture of this little chess knight that
turns into a beautiful horse through its shadow.

The "Living the Dreamtitle is simply embossed with white powder to make it
very visible. The "View Finders" element under the title is painted green.
It is slipped between papers to give volume to my project.

I also used the very pretty "Ornate Buckleselement that I embossed with
black powder to make it stand out. I like its delicate shape.

I added some elements embossed with golden powder to bring some shiny
aspects to my project: Film Strips Small and Steampunk Gears Medium.
