Laura here to share a layout a created for my husbands childhood album!

Decorative Circle Accents
I prepped the chipboard with white gesso then painted each piece coordinating with the beautiful baby boy paper.
I painted the stars in a pale yellow and added them amongst the fussy cut images.
The Decorative Circle Accent piece has been altered in dark blue and the cute little Buttons altered in pale blue and I've scattered these around the top cluster.
I have also added some Tiny Hearts from the ATC Tiny Hearts/Stars Pack, these I've altered in an off-white/cream as I did for the title.
I also added some pieces to clusters of elements
