Hello 2Crafty Chipboard fans. Today I have mixed media layout with a
feminine touch. I used the Mintay Photographer Collection and created
layers on my background with Stamps in Archival ink and mixed Mica
Powder into my Texture Paste to get a complimentary shade of brown.
This was used with a Stencil for fabulous texture.
My photo was taken on an underground tunnel tour in Naples.

12x12 Weathered Clock Face Frames
Using the Giant Gears in the centre made the clock come to life.
Metallic Embossing Powders added a sheen and boldness to the
composition. The Clock Hands on top had Gilding Flakes added
in a mixed colour set to make them stand alone on top of the Gears.
I wanted to do something different and make the clock have more
focus on it so I laid it on top of the Steampunk Cog Frame. The 12x12
Clock Frame was treated the same as the hands. The Cog Frame was
embossed with a Stampendous Teal Metallic mix for contrast.
I added the small Steampunk Gears around the Frame for more
dimension and interest. They blend the metallic shades from the
Giant Gears in the centre bringing it all together.
Some Gears were also added around my photo bringing everything
together with a touch of femininity by adding the floral components.
I hope you like this layout with its grunge vibe making it feel old like
my image.
