Today I am sharing a masculine layout with no flowers and a focus
on the decorative edges of the papers. Some hand cut and others from
49 and Market Ephemera.

I love the Clock Frames as they are so versatile and by placing the smaller
size inside it creates a visual feature enhancing the moment caught in time.
By placing the longer Fancy Clock Hands extending out it draws your eyes
to the clocks. I stamped on my mat with Stormy Sky and Speckled Egg
Oxide inks and spritz with water and painted the clocks. I left the Gesso
raw on the hands for contrast.
When looking to add some texture 2Crafty has lots of panels that can be cut
up for use on many layouts. This time the Grid Panel was perfect and the
same technique was used with Frayed Burlap Oxide and a light spritz of
water dabbed of with a paper towel giving the Oxide finish.
Line Words are great for a stand alone title. I love this along the side of my
layout. The same Oxides were used and water spritz over again to lift the ink
giving the Oxide mottled look.
I hope you love this muted masculine layout as much as I do. My hubby
relaxing at the beach is a moment captured in time to treasure.
