Chantal's 2Crafty projects for the month of May!

Hey everyone!
Today I have three cheery layouts to share with you.

Firstly is this layout, "Father & Daughter Moment", which is practically laden
with 2Crafty goodness!

So here I've repurposed some scraps left over from another layout (the third layout that
I'll be sharing on this post), some hessian scraps and I've also used some vintage music
sheet paper on the base of the layout.  This base has then been covered roughly with some
modelling paste, followed by some crazy machine stitching. ;)

I chose the perfect chipboard title, "Father & Daughter Moment", for these photos
and memories and I've  painted a variety of chipboard pieces in various coloured hues,
and adhered them onto my layout in a rainbow-like way.

The 2Crafty chipboard that I've used includes;
- Indian Feathers
- Chunky Hearts
- ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars
- Hearts
- Circles
- Sharon's Butterflies

My second layout I'd like to share with you today is called "New (Bike)"...

I have made a pretty punched border to further enhance the gorgeous large 11" Flowery
Swirl Frame, which I painted in a mix of acrylic paints, glitter glue and sprinkled with
iridescent glitter.  The title has incorporated one of Grandma's Bikes, which has been painted
and sprinkled with iridescent glitter, plus topped with some flowers in the cute basket.

I've used two stars from the ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars pack here too, along with
some stamping, sequins and a brad.  The stars have been painted with gold acrylic
 paint and glitter glue.

Lastly, I'd like to share a layout called "A Crazy Hair Day", which I created
based on CSI case file no. 118...

Along with some handmade felt embellishments from my own store, I've used the
 following 2Crafty chipboard products…

...a Happy Children child (covered with patterned paper, fussy cut, and outlined
in black pen), a Word Bubble (altered with modelling paste rubbed in with fingers!),
two Assorted Arrows (covered with coordinating patterned paper, fussy cut, outlined and
machine stitched) and three Chevron Bits (covered with coordinating packaging, fussy cut,
outlined and machine stitched).

The stencil is exclusively by JBS Mercantile - a cute sprinkling of hearts.  I've used the
stencil firstly as a mask with Dylusions Spray Inks and then as a stamp with same.  I like
the effect of both uses together. :)

So below are the details for the case file no. 118.  I have used the sketch, the colour scheme,
 and the following "evidence"…

- White Background
- Jewels
- Hearts
- Arrows
- Doodling
- Fabric
- Fibres

And for the "testimony", I've used the inspiration words in my journalling...

- Bold
- Beautiful
- Confidence

It's been a while since I've played along at CSI.  I really enjoy doing so when I can!

Well that's all from me for now, take care and don't forget to be 2Crafty! ;)

Cheers,
Chantal
