Lots of Chipboard Pretties
By Di Garling

Hi there 2 Crafty fans. Thanks for stopping by.
Today I have got lots of "pretties" to share with you using
lots of the NEW release 2 Crafty chippies.
A friend of mine gave me these pics of her gorgeous neice.
On my first layout I have used a  Skeleton Clock Frame
There are five different sized clock faces
all nested together on one sheet.
Here I have given it a coat of white Tim Holtz Crackle Paint &
when dry I gave it a few dabs of lavender ink.

All of my beautiful flowers, leaves & this lovely green trim
 are all from Green Tara.

Next I used one of the yet to be released 2 Crafty  word titles,
 "Our Sweet Girl"
& I simply painted it with Acrylic paints.
Just the perfect title for my layout.

To finish off with I have also used
I have just given the Filmstrip a coat of white acrylic paint &
on the Mini Fob Watch I simply wiped it over
with a thin coat of Gesso on my finger.

"Memories"

On my second layout "Memories", I have used some of the NEW
Summer Leaf Stems in my my flower cluster.
These come three in a pack. Firstly I painted them with a Green Metallic paint,
then I wiped the leaves over with some Tim Holtz Distress Ink & next I
applied some Crackle Accents to each leaf. As the Distress Ink is not
waterproof, the liquid of the Crackle Accents causes the ink to run,
which creates this lovely mottled kind of effect

I have also used the NEW Tiny Film Strips, painted white,
plus a  Chicken Wire Panel which I have cut into pieces, scrunched up
a bit & then randomly blobbed on Gesso.

Next I used some  of the Flag Banners,
which I gessoed, painted, doodled & inked, then I popped
them in underneath my lower flower cluster.

Lastly I finished off with a 2 Crafty "Memories" Mini Word,
painted with a black acrylic paint.

For my next  layout I thought I would show you this one that
I did last month for some other DT work.

"Magical Memories"

I have used lots of  2 Crafty chipboard here,
firstly I have used one of their great  titles, Magical Memories.
Next up I have used one of their beautiful Vines,
this one is called  Ana's Vine.
Lastly I have tucked in on the top  right side of my cluster,
one of their cute little  miniature Birdhouse.
All of my flowers are from Green Tara.

Well thats all from me today. I hope I have inspired you to
get hold of some yummy 2 Crafty Chipboard to use on
your next layout.

Remember while you are here to "follow" our blog & also visit
us over on Facebook too. That way you won't miss anything.

Until next time.
Cheers Di  xo
