Stars are all painted over with Twinkling H20s and then Distress Ink added to the edges for some depth, the House and Fence Anthea has used Alcohol Inks.... 'watered' them down with some Blending Solution so had time to spread the colour around.
Clouds have had Crackle Paint applied and then a little sprinkle of Flocking powder, this helped to add a light look to the clouds.
The Bird has been covered in WHite Distress ink, and then I applied some Twlinkling H20s to highlight parts of him..
