On the Chandalier, Anthea applied Tim Holtz Crackle Paint to the 'chains' and while wet sprinkled on a little glitter and Flocking Powder. When it was dry she then applied some Twinkling H20s to the rest of the chipboard and then went over it with some Alcohol Inks to add definition.
