Today I have another mixed media layout to share with you
& hopefully inspire you too.
2Crafty Chipboard Used...
Circle Dot Frame

ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars
After firstly creating a little mixed media background with stencils,
sprays, mesh & stamps as well as a little work along the top & bottom
edges of the page by distressing & using a border punch in a slightly
different way than normal. Then I could set about altering & customising
the chipboard to create a lovely "monochromatic" theme. Thats the beauty
of chipboard, you can alter it anyway you like. Just sooo easy.
I used a piece of the "Circle Dot Frame" to help draw the eye into my photo &
I used a piece of this gorgeous "Corner Ivy" in a slightly different way than you
would normally.
All the chipboard pieces were simply given a couple of coats of white gesso
followed by a light spray with some lovey "jacarandah blue" spray to tie it all
into the background colour. A light sprinkling of glass micro beads in the
same colour were also added for some added texture.
I have used this awesome little chipboard title,
"A Moment Captured" which was treated with the same
colours & the same process too.
Lastly I have added a sprinkling of the tiny hearts around the
page which I also treated also in the same way too.
