"Don't Follow Your Dreams Chase Them"
I was so excited with this post, I always love butterflies.
September 10th was my birthday and of course did a layout
to celebrate and with a reminder for me
to never forget my dreams ... ever!
In this layout I used the 2CRAFTY chippies which I left unpainted
because I thought they matched this paper really well.
I really liked the end result.
I have use a beautiful 2 Crafty "Corinnes Swirl"
as my main focus, added simply added some flowers &
hey presto, all done.
I so love this 2 Crafty "Sentiment".
It really says it all.

Follow Your Dreams Title

Fanciful Butterfly

"44th"
When I scrapbook my kids are often around and even my husband
gives some hints about my creations too lol.
When they saw this frame I was told to simply just do a portrait.
So firstly I will share that version with you.
But I kept looking and wondering ... where are the flowers,
the butterflies etc. so I chose to do another layout.
I painted the "Albert Square Frame" with acrylic paint
in coffee color and then used an antiquing gel to
give this appearance of aged iron.
I did the same with the butterfly!
This is the second version with a few added accessories.
I added a few flowers & some more of those gorgeous
"Fanciful Butterflies" that I used in my previous layout.
This is a layout of myself & a dear friend.
The chippies were simply painted with two shades of pink.
."Life Long Friends"
This Corner Arlene's is wonderful!!
This title is also one from the 2 Crafty range & I have simply used
two different colours of acrylic paint. Too easy.

Corner Arlene's

That's all for today.
Thanks for stopping by & I hope I have inspired you to play with some of our
beautiful 2 Crafty chipboard on your next layout.

This is amazing Marilia I love this picture of you it's fantastic with the black background. It looks amazing with the brown
Stunning. So dramatic and eye catching. Love that background paper and the title suits the photo just beautifully.
Firstly Happy Birthday Marilia. Secondly I love all of these layouts, especially the first one. It is so dramatic & I love that you simply left the chipboard raw. It makes such a wonderful contrast against your black background. Beautiful as always.
Cheers Di xo
Wow, these are amazing, Marilia! I really love the first, the colours are fabulous & really suit the raw chippies. Love what you did with the Albert's frame (I was thinking of doing something similar...will have to rethink now..lol)...the extra little cluster in the corner makes it just perfect. Fabulous work :)
