Isn't the year flying already?!?
This month I have two layouts and a bonus extra to share with you.
Up first I have ...
"Beautiful"
This layout is of my daughter, she is all ready for her Year 12 formal.
I have used some of the "Lavender Shrub"
First I have embossed in a deep pink.
I have then gone over the tips with gold embossing powder to give a two tone effect.
On top of the lavender I have used some of
"Addy's Butterflies"
which have been embossed in seafoam colour.
I love how dimensional these butterflies are,
and with a slight bending of their wings they have even more.
For my title I have used "Beautiful - Loopy font"
I have used the same two tone effect as on the lavender by first embossing
in pink and then going over the bottom half in gold.

Lastly I have used one of the "Flourish2" and at the bottom of my layout.
I have again used the two tone embossing effect. I have then layered
one of the "Butterflies" embossed in seafoam.

My next layout to share with you is..
"Love You"
This is my crazy family LOL, as you can see from my journalling I love them lots!
For this layout I have played with my watercolour paints.
For my journalling I have used a mix of word stickers combined
with some of the words from the "Arrow Word Set"
For the word "Sweet" and "Adventure" I have first
coated in gesso and then I have used orange watercolour paints
to splash and layer the colour.
I have used the same technique for the word "Memories"
and the title "Love You" but with green watercolours.
I love how you can layer and add to the colour with watercolour paints.

I have left pools of the paint in some areas to give a darker colour and less in other areas.
I love how it turned out.
