February LOVE!
By Stacey Young

Hello!
Welcome to another loved up post for February!!

I have 3 layouts to share so lets get to it.
The first one today is a super sweet page of my Mason and my BFF's little girl.
We don't get to see each other often  (apart from every week on Skype). She lives over
the other side of the country in Perth but I am so happy I captured this sweet moment
 together when they recently visited.

I have used some beautiful pieces of 2 crafty chipboard here including
6" Clockface Frames
Alpha Set 1
Felicity's Flourish
Valentine Theme Set (Cherub with arrow)

"Sweetest Photo Ever"

I have applied some Crackle paint to the "Valentine Theme Set" Cherub and then
added a little bit of Shimmerz colour.  I placed the Cherub in this position so it was
pointing up to the subjects in focus.

The "Felicity's Flourish" was layered in with my flowers which I then applied some
Shimmerz to the inner parts of the flourish.
I then used some water to blend the colour to the white.

I layered the "Alpha Set 1" letters to the "Clockface Frames" which were
also applied with a Crackle paint.

My second layout today is featuring my handsome big boy.   I have used lots
of cool chipboards here to make this fun, happy, boy page.
2 Crafty Chipboard used:
 Asst Arrows
Feather
Chicken Wire Panel
ATC Tiny Hearts & Stars

"Unique Smile"

Using a stitched plastic pocket I popped in some glitter, sequins and
 the "Tiny Hearts" chipboard.
Some of them I left raw and some I painted with Gesso.

The "Feather" was treated with some Shimmerz and then I added it to some
plastic feathers with some twine.  I popped a button on the centre of the feather.
I placed the "Chicken Wire"  under my photo mat layers and treated it also with
 dabs of Shimmerz colour.

I covered the "Asst Arrows" and "Tiny Hearts" with simple black paint to
make them pop off the page.

My last creation to share with you today is something lovely for my Hubby
and I.  I don't scrap ourselves that often and when I do I just love it!!!
February is the month we celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.
2 Crafty Chipboard used:
Heart Silhouettes
'Love' Loopy Font
Doilies

"Sweet Love"

I applied a thick dose of Shimmerz Dazzlerz to the "Love - Loopy Font" word.
The "Heart Silhouette" piece at the end of my arrow has been treated with
some Shimmerz Texturez in Crushed Coral.

I just loved these chipboard "Doilies" and had the perfect paper and collection to scrap
with them.  I also applied the Shimmerz Dazzlerz in Pucker Up Pink but also
blended with water back into the white Gesso.

Well, that's me for another month here at 2 Crafty.
I hope you have enjoyed my post today.
Thankyou for visiting.
