Card Inspiration with Jane Clark

Hi everyone,
Jane here sharing a few cards I've created using the fabulous 2Crafty chipboard!
I don't know about you and I've probably already mentioned this before
BUT I really struggle to make male cards!

This chipboard globe is the best icon that can be used for any male
age I think, from 20 years to 120 years!! I coloured the World Globe
with a gold Krylon pen, Distress markers in antique linen and walnut stain to
give a vintage feel,. The Birthday Sentiment word was painted white and
 I slightly distressed it.

For the background: I used the left over cut-out piece from the Asst Arrows
packaging as a stencil, I layered it over the zigzag paper from the 6x6in
Crate Paper Acorn Avenue collection paper pad.

I then sprayed Dylusions white linen over it, removed the chipboard
packaging piece and sprayed walnut stain on top for the speckled effect,
it's certainly a quick way to jazz up your papers!

For my second card, well lets just say it reminds me of the 70's, the lovely
tones and patterns of the fabrics back them, oh I just love that era!!
I sprayed the Bambi piece with Glimmer Mist tattered leather and the
 Birthday SentimentDandelion and Floral Spray
with Dylusions cut grass, squeezed orange and fresh lime sprays, the paper
is from the 6x6in Crate Paper Acorn Avenue collection paper pad.

The Glimmer Mist added a lovely sparkle to Bambi, I think this card could also
be used to welcome a baby into the world.
I might just have to make another as I'm waiting on a new arrival from
my nephew and his lovely wife real soon!!

Thanks for looking, I hope I gave you some ideas!

Cheers
Jane xx
