It's Melinda Thompson here again today with another 2Crafty project. I couldn't wait to create this beachy scene layout and the 2Crafty Chipboard pieces just fitted in so well!
"Happy Memories"
I have used the Surfboard chipboard pieces which I used a mixture of Gesso, Shimmerz Paints, Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam & Glaze, Stamping and more gesso to give it a rustic/whitewashed look.
How cool are these Palm Trees!! I firstly primed them with Gesso, lots of layers of Pan Pastels, outlined with water coloured pencils and then given a wipe over with some gesso using a baby wipe. I have layered them up also to give it a more 3D look.
And lastly this little beauty...Grandma's Bike... similar sort of techniques used here. Gesso, Pan Pastels, Shimmerz Paints and more Gesso!
