Three Layouts & Three Great Chipboard Titles
By Di Garling

Hello everyone. Thanks for calling by the blog today.
I have a few layouts to share with you all.
Starting with this one. This is a friend of mines niece.
What a cutie. I had so much fun doing this layout.

I seem to be very "into" circles at the moment.
I'm sure it must be a phase I'm going through!!
Here I have used the 2 Crafty Frame Scallop Circle Borders.
I have also used one of the 2 Crafty   Funky Hearts

To achieve this texture on both the circles & Heart,  I simply applied
Texture Paste, very roughly with a big brush & when dry I painted
on Glimmermist. Too easy.

Lastly I have used one of 2 Crafty's fabulous chippie titles.
"Daughters are so Special".
Such a beautiful title. All I did with this piece was simply
paint it black with acrylic paint.

"Cool Kid"

For my second layout I have done a rare boy one.
I don't seem to do many boy layouts lately so I  thought it was
time to rectify that.

On all the chipboard pieces I have used on this page I have just
simply painted them in black acrylic paint & when dry I wiped a little
"Viva" Inka Gold paste in bronze, over the chippie with my finger.
Really easy but it gives a little something extra.
.

I have use some of the 2 Crafty Flag Banners here & just covered
them with paper & doubled them up with a second row
of Banners.

Next up I used one of the 2 Crafty  Film Strips. These are great
because they accomodate lots of photos.
Also added one of the Hot Air Balloons in at the side of the pics.

Another great 2 Crafty chippie title, "Cool Kid". I love it.
It just sets the scene for this layout I think.

Lastly in this pic you can see where I have clustered some little
2 Crafty  Gears in the corner underneath my little pinwheel.

"My Sister My Friend"

My last layout I want to share with you today is
Some of you have probably seen it before as I did it for a
challenge last month but as I used lots of lovely 2 Crafty chippies
on it, I thought I would share it here with you today.

All of the chippies on this page again are simply just painted white.
Because I have done a very textured background, I think keeping
the chipboard fairly plain, makes a great contrast.

Here I have used another one of the 2 Crafty chippie titles.
They have so many to choose from.

Here you can see I have tucked one of the Mini Fob Watches
in with my flower cluster.
All of the flowers & ribbon  on this layout are from Green Tara.
I just love clocks on my pages, I think they are so
symbolic of time. Because the numbers etc are engraved into the
chipboard, I have lightly painted it but the numbers still show
through so you can still see all the details.

In this pic you can see where I have used one of my favourite
pieces, the Film Strips-Tiny. I seem to use these sooo much.
I just love them.

Lastly I have used a Corner Jacqui's Flourish.

Well thats all from me today,
thanks for stopping by. I hope I have inspired you to
grab some great 2 Crafty chipboard to use on your next layout.
Also,
remember to visit us on FACEBOOK sometime,
they put something new on there every single day.

Until next time
Cheers Di  xo
