Star Struck - Kerryn

Good morning crafters!
Hope it is going to be a decent day for you all.

Today I wanted to share a fun page that I created a few weeks ago for my DT application.
As you can see there is lots of 2Crafty goodness on this page and the photos were taken at the recent Easter Ball here in Adelaide. The gentleman in the main photo may look familiar to a few people, Mark Wilson, the former DWTS judge was the Master of Ceremonies for the evening. He was very friendly and easy going, more than happy to pose for snaps. We all had a great evening!

So now where should I start?

I have used Helena's Corners to frame the photos, I love the curls on these corners. The chipboard has been inked with metallic bronze, once they were dry I have added some pearls for a bit of elegance.

The Louisa Frame was perfect to frame the smaller photo of my big sis and her hubbie. The frame has been inked in metallic red and also decorated with some pearls.

The next piece probably looks a little familiar, it was originally the title Star Student, but with a little re-modelling and the addition of some 2Crafty alphabet letters, I have created the my very own 'Star Struck' title. I have inked all of it with metallic lavender, put some patterned paper at the back of the star and added some bronze Stickles to the smaller stars.

The Scalloped Circle Bunting was the perfect addition across the top of the page, I have inked the chipboard first with the metallic red and then once dry I have decorated them with patterned paper.
A faux black stitch line finishes off each circle.
And I nearly forgot the cute 2012 title, this one has been inked and then doodled with bronze gel pen.

Very happy with the finished page, the Basic Grey collection 'What's Up' had the perfect colours to use.
