“Two Little Girls”
By Robin Schelin

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to share my very first blog post for 2Crafty Chipboard!
I have been having so much fun working with these fabulous pieces.
Each piece is intricately cut and sturdy enough to use any medium to
achieve the specific look you are after.

The photo I used is from Pinterest

“Two Little Girls”

On this layout, as with all my layouts, I backed it with 12x12 chipboard.  I find that using this
as a backing instead of paper makes the layout sturdy enough to hold the weight of all the
fun stuff we all keep adding!  It won't sag or bend when handling, and if you want to frame your project, this is the perfect backing to use.

On this project I not only used chipboard to back it with,
I also used chipboard to back the paper layers.

I did this to add more interest.  It really makes the layout pop.

The chipboard I used was perfect for the look I was going for.

All the chipboard pieces were painted with acrylic paint.  I chose to paint the pieces with
2 different colors to match the papers and the photo. I then covered all the pieces with
Glossy Accents to give them some shine.

Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting!
I have enjoyed sharing my first blog post with you.

Until next time, have a wonderful day and happy crafting!
