September Layouts by Jessika Lundman

"Perfection"

Jessika here with some inspirations for September.
Today I have two layouts featuring two of my favorite photos :)

This first layout is about my two sons. The photo is taken at my younger
sisters wedding and I just love how small and distinguished they look.
I wanted to make something a bit dressed up to match their outfits. So I
went with gold and grey as my main colors.

All of the chipboards are sprayed with Color Bloom gold. The chipboards take color so well!

The little circle strings are a cut up chipboard.
Originally there was hearts at the end of them.

The background is drawn with  pencils and then accented with bling, rub ons and
some splatter (I cheated with the splatter and used a pen instead of a brush so I
could get the little dots exactly where I wanted them :) )

"Adventure"

I finally got my summer photos printed out and I have really been longing to scrap my
trip to Paris. I love this photo of the Eiffel Tower by night, but I think I love the
Eiffel chipboard even more. Just look at it! It is so beautiful with all the little details,
such an exquisite piece of chipboard.

I used Faber Castell gouache paint to color the chipboard pieces. Blue, white and red
to match the french flag. The tower I painted black because I really wanted it to
stand out on the layout.

I thought the mustache paper in the background really felt French so I had to use it :)
I also used a bunch of stickers and then tied it all together with splashes and stamps.
