Two Layouts With Ros Madley

'Cheeky'

Hello & welcome to the 2Crafty blog.

Before we get started

Please remember to become a blog follower & leave a comment to
be eligible to go in our monthly draw for a great chippie prize pack.
The more comments you leave, the more chances to win.

For my first page I have used my favourite colours.
The base of my cluster is a piece of Square Collage Panel.
I have cut this in to a few pieces to give it a different look.

For my title I have chosen to use the Loopy Font word Cheeky.
I have coloured this with a gorgeous teal paint to match my
background.

I chose to colour the Square Collage Panel with my black
big brush marker.  This has helped make the chipboard pieces look more
prominent on my page and also draws your eyes to the photo.

My page has been finished off with a scattering of stars from
ATC Tiny Hearts and Stars and a Doodled Arrow.
The arrow has been placed at the bottom and points up, guiding
your eyes back to the photo.

'Special Day'

This page was started with a pair of Feathers.  These have been painted
with acrylic paint.  To add some extra shimmer to these, they have been
heat embossed with some clear embossing powder.

My Special Day title has been coloured with my black big brush
and again, to add some shimmer this was heat embossed with
clear embossing powder.
The title originally said Special Days but because my layout
is about one particular day, I have trimmed off the letter S.

Poking out under the feathers are some Small Film Strips.  These have
been coloured with my black pen.
The film strips haven't been embossed.  By leaving these plain it
creates the look of different textures among the embossed pieces.

All topped off with a little piece of Film Strip on the side.
