October Inspiration with Lindy Gillespie

'FUN'

Hello dear friends
Today I bring you three layouts featuring 2 Crafty Chipboard.

The first one is a layout froma  CSI challenge and Emma's sketch.

The photo is of my  dear Great Niece Ally picking flowers in the park.

I've used three pieces of 2 Crafty chippies.
I just coated the 'Victorian lamp post' with gesso and dabbed a light coat of ink
in the middle and painted some mist on the edges.

With the title "Fun" from the Summertime words pack and a '2012'
I first primed them in gesso and inked them in cream versa mark ink.

'TOGETHER'

On my second layout I have used lots of chippies including....
                                                              Corner Elegant set
                                                                  Ornate Buckle
                                                                   Vintage keys
                                                              Round ornate frame
                                                                     Mini  Ruler
                                                                   Funky  Heart
                                                                       Together

In this picture you can see the Corner Elegant Set
which I applied gesso to first then inked in Vintage versa mark.

The Ornate Buckle and the Round Ornate Frame
was just coated in gesso twice and left white.

For the title 'Together' I have done the same treatment as the
Corner elegant.

The Funky Heart was  first coasted with gesso then painted some Viva Croco
crackle in white then I rubbed it  lightly with Versa mark in Vintage.
The mini ruler  was  also coated in gesso and inked lightly on the edges.

'HAPPY'

On my final layout I also
have used lots of chippies including....

Circles
2013
Happy loopy font
Vintage border
Flourish adornment

In this pic I simply cut the 'Vintage Border' up into sections
and layered them under my photo. I just primed
it with two coats of gesso.
On the 'Flourish Adornments' I simply
primed with gesso
and just left it white.

On the 'Circle' I dabbed it with off white ink a couple of times
to make the colour more intense.
The '2013' was also coated  in gesso and lightly inked  in Aqua.

Lastly on the Title 'Loopy Happy'  I also coated it with off white ink and
aqua mainly in the middle of the chippie to give it a distress look.

Thanks for stopping by today, and  hope you were inspired to use some
                                                                    2 Crafty chipboard.
