Colour Combo Challenge

So this month I set the girls a challenge of a Colour Combo. I find these are a great tool for using up scraps, also with Chipboard you can colour the designs to suit the colours in the combo!

So this is the combo I sent the girls

  • Chocolate Brown

  • Sea Blue

  • Rosy Red

  • Sky Blue
And the girls have blown me away!! Here are their projects...

Anthea
I have used Old Fence, a new Alpha Design

**TIP** Give your chipboard a good coating of Glimmer Mist, then go around for details using Ink Pads, this is a good way to add shadow and depth to your designs.

Kerryn
Kerryn has used Ariel's spray.
She has  lightly covered it with Staz on Ink Timber Brown as a base coat, then using a wooden mounted paisley stamp, Kerryn then stamped the image onto the spray with Brilliance inks in blue and red. The chipboard has been finished of with Glossy Accents to highlight the metallic inks.

Kerryn has also made use of one of the new Alpha Fonts too.
Kerryn lightly inked it with Timber Brown again and then doodled on with Uniball Metallic blue pen and the final layer is Glossy Accents too.

Michelle
Michelle has used Corner Large Flower Vine

**TIP** When working with colour combos, use your chipboard piece/s as a focal point, drawing all of the colours together. Here to show that Michelle has embellished the Corner spray with Chocolate Glimmermist!

Susan
Susan has used Moroccan Border and Design Elements
as well as one of the new Alpha Fonts
Tammy

Tammy has used Georgian Frame
